New Client Brows

A new client is any new client to Jenna.  If you’ve had previous work done by another artist, refer to the FAQ’s BEFORE booking and appointment.

$600 Includes a complimentary 5-8 week follow up visit.  (A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at booking and will be credited towards your appointment.)

5-8 Week Follow Up

This appointment is for those who need an additional follow up after your complimentary 5-8 week appointment or if you need a follow up after your annual appointment.  IT MUST BE BOOKED in that 5-8 week window after your follow up.

$200 (A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at booking and will be credited towards your appointment.)

Annual Touch Up

For Jenna's existing clients ready to refresh their color. Annual refreshers are a guideline, typically brows can go 1-3 years before needing a touchup. Color should be 50% faded before booking your “annual” appointment. Remember, brows are low maintenance not no maintenance. It’s ok if you're using makeup to fill in your brows!

$400+ (A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at booking and will be credited towards your appointment.)

Removals

Removals are done on a case by case basis. They require multiple sessions to significantly lighten the pigment so that corrective work may be done.

Scheduling & Cancellation Policies

All appointments require a $100 deposit at booking. This is to certify your commitment to your appointment, and will be applied toward the total cost due at time of service. To reschedule an appointment, a 48-hour notice is required. If you are later than 15 minutes late to your appointment & or if you choose to cancel, you will automatically forfeit your deposit fee. In this case, a $50 fee will be charged to rebook. If you are not able to reschedule, in the 5-8 week window a $150 fee will be required. 

A 4% PROCESSING FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. TO AVOID THIS FEE, PLEASE BRING CASH.
